Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, most countries in Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.), Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.), Japan, South Korea, most countries in South America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc.), the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and New Zealand.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, or the Crimea region of Ukraine.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there's an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@voltnvibe.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery.
